My name is Angela Henderson

Henderson Realty is the continuaton of "the family business". My grandfather started Henderson Realty & Construction Group in the 1950's in Wilmington, NC; asking my grandmother to take a chance with him. After my father returned from BYU, he would join his father building & managing properties across New Hanover, Brunswick, & Pender County over a span of 30 years. Owner financing the majority of the homes built gave families who could not qualify for conventional loans the opportunity to achieve the dream of home ownership! With the passing of my father in mid 80's everything was sold & my mother returned to UT.

In the early 2000's I found myself frequenting southern Utah to visit family & of course, golf. At this time my family had embarked on a real estate project that would later be known as Hamilton Ranch Golf Resort. Ultimately the desire to be closer to family led me to move to UT & become a licensed realtor.

Henderson Realty has seen many adaptations of "the family business"over the years but the core values have never wavered. Henderson Realty is ambitious & embraces the challenges that come with the courage to dream big!​
